It suggests the presence of neon lights and an underbelly. It hints at exchanges in the shadows. For some, it is a time to avoid being out; for others, it is the best time to feel the true beating heart of the metropolis. For photographers or people watchers, it is a gold mine of texture, contrast, hue and personality. Noir is an element Bangkok possesses in vibrant abundance – perhaps more than any other city on earth.
